- Please note there will be no classes on Easter Friday and Easter Sunday
- The end of year performance and Tiny Tots Christmas party and the end of term four yet to be confirmed
- There are no classes on Public Holiday Mondays
- Exam dates, choreographic event and end of year performance dates to be advised
- All students from grade 3 to level 6 that participate in examinations must attend July school holiday course from Monday 18th July to Friday 22nd July
Office Opening Hours:
Helen Gault & Tahlia Baker (Office Managers), will be available in the office/reception where fee payments and uniform sales can be made. The office opening hours are:

Grooming
Ballet is a visual art, and the student’s neat appearance is essential not only for this reason, but also for teaching purposes. We ask that the school uniform be worn to all classes. Baggy jumpers, windcheaters and tracksuits are not suitable during instruction and under no circumstances will be allowed, as teachers cannot see the correct line of the body, essential for teaching the required technique. Crossovers only are to be allowed in the cold weather. Girls hair needs to be bound firmly into 1 or 2 buns, or shorter hair may be tied into pigtails. In the interest of safety, students are asked to leave all jewellery at home. Sleepers and studs are allowed for class, but not for performance or exams. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Administration
- All cheques are to made payable to Kim Baker
- Please bring the correct change if possible, to ensure a smooth transition of classes.
- Term fees are payable before or at the first class of term
- Overdue fees will incur an administration fee of $3.00 on all accounts posted. Long term outstanding accounts will be forwarded to the local court, with extra court costs being incurred
- Please notify in writing of any change of address
- Please notify the school if your child no longer requires a place in the classes, as sometimes there are waiting lists, and we need to know as soon as a vacancy becomes available.
- One terms notice must be given in lieu of being charged one term’s fees.

Fee Payments
It would be greatly appreciated if all fee payments could either be posted into the school, or handed to me in the office during office opening hours. Alternatively, payments can be made with credit card or directly into the bank via internet banking. The bank details are:
